Simple flavourful and delicious. Small cozy place. Not a lot of seating which I actually think is a plus. Staff is friendly and unpretentious. A welcome change from all these guys who think they are Michelin chef. Prices very reasonable.
I had the tacos los locos and bean soup. Try the Mexican fries. They are a great side dish. Be wary of the extra hot sauce.
Easily one of the best Mexican restaurants around. If you love hot sauce this is the place to go. The owner makes his own and they all taste great! We will be back.
This place is amazing! First off the food is absolutely fantastic, and secondly the owners are great people as well.
I've gone here likely 6 or 7 times now and the food is always freshly made and it is always delicious.
The owners are super friendly and are very passionate about their food.
I can't recommend this place enough!
Best Mexican food in the area. Authentic food made with love and care by owner and chef, Diego. He has a great passion for what he does and this is seen in his food— sauces homemade using a variety of chillies from his garden, homemade tortillas, salsas, marinades.. the list goes on. I’m always impressed with how much love and time is put into his dishes.
Diego goes out of his way to present customers with new ideas, flavours, and dishes to sample. This is a man who wants to share his passion and delicious recipes, so come by, grab a plate, and chat with the wonderful people who run Los Locos. Everything is delicious, but I recommend you try something new— they will go above and beyond to make sure you leave full and happy!
Excellent authentic style Mexican restaurant. The couple running this place are clearly passionate about their food and service. The tacos are delicious, served on homemade tortillas and a great value. Everything is made fresh and even the hot sauces are made in house from the chef's giant pepper garden. My wife had three tacos with two sides and I had the carnitas fajitas, both were excellent. I hammered down as much as I could but I'll still be eating them for lunch tomorrow. I can't wait to go back and try the burrito.
The only drawback was the wait, they were clearly busy and doing the best they could. My wife and I were not in a hurry so it didn't matter for us. They told us to call ahead to give them a heads up for big groups and they would be able to better prep for that. Very accommodating, I honestly hope they succeed there. Check them out!
