Upbeat and uplifting atmosphere.
There was a smile on every staff members face.
You can tell as soon as you walk in that everyone takes pride in their jobs and in the cleanliness and presentation of their restaurant. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

The food and service were exceptional. I would have given this a 5 star however, the hostess had a very strong perfume on that triggered quite a reaction. Unfortunately I'm super sensitive.

The fried calamari was delicious. I would have preferred the kimchi not fried as hard, but it was a twist to the dish.
The fish tacos was average at best, the fish portion should be a nice lightly fried whiting not what they have going on now, i should see the fish popping out the taco!! not impressed.
The loaded potato was tasty and filling. Not shown was the cheeseburger, that my fiancee rave about. He ordered 2 more to go. I will stick to the calamari and the loaded potato. Atmosphere is boozy, love it and the wait staff was great. Would visit again.

I have always assumed this place would be overrated and overpriced. From my experience last night, I was wrong! I took my lady to Moxie's for our wedding anniversary dinner. The staff treated us really well, and even though our server was younger (university age), she didn't have the immature and entitled vibe that I see in so many young people these days. We ordered both the Alfredo and the thai curry. The food was really good. Portions were on the smaller side, but sufficient for us. More importantly, the lower light ambiance in the dining room was perfect for a romantic dinner. The prices were high, but not outrageous and I suspect this helps to maintain the chic vibe to an extent, which I can appreciate. I will definitely go back.

Just had the greatest experience at Moxie's in Newmarket. Our server, Mich, was excellent. She really made the difference in our experience. We've been here before and have never received this level of service. She must have checked on us over a half dozen times before our food was ready. Super thoughtful too, she knew the kitchen was slower so she brought some fries to tide the kids over before their meals were ready. To top it all off she made it a point to serve our kids their dessert in a really cool way, with dry ice, which hasn't been done for us before and we've been here at least a handful of times.

Food was on point, service from Mich was phenomenal. If we could guarantee we get Mich again, we'd definitely be going back!
