Orsini's

Mike, his wife and all the Orsini's staff are very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is inviting and the food is awesome. If you're craving great Italian food, this is the place in Newmarket to go, you'll love it, we do.

Caesar salad is superb. Delicious pasta. Nice place and attentive service.

The service was slow, the waitress took really long to bring us waters to the table. The food cost was about $20-$25 per plate. I had the soup of the day which was a red pepper bisque $11 and it was okay in taste. Nothing to write home about. I also had the seafood pasta, the salmon pasta and the mussels. The pasta were a bit on the bland side with a big too much salt. The mussels $12 were tasteless and the bread for the table was cold ( not sure if that is how they serve it). The place was pretty though and the washrooms were well kept and there was free parking. At the end of the night, some gentleman came over to ask how our foods were ( not sure who he was) and the waitress made small talk at the ending of the night when the bill came. Not sure if I would go there again.

Very good food at a reasonable price. You won't find pizza on the menu but all that means is they are focusing on making specific dishes very well. I had the bruschetta, calamari, chicken parm, and tiramisu. All very good. Will go back.

My wife and I went for the first time to Orsini's July 23. I could finish righ here the review by saying we will definitely be back. The food has been described as simple which is true, simple and perfectly cooked, moist chicken, perfect vegetables. Service was friendly. The price was more than fair. Orsinis is a nice family restaurant and our family will go back.
