    One of the two best bbq places in Newmarket. The town is lucky to have such a great place. Brisket is amazing. So good someone stole my co workers sandwich out the lunchroom fridge. In a bag clearly marked Ricks cookhouse. The nerve.

    Great burgers and onion rings! Haven't had anything I didn't like actually. Decent sized servings. Have made two dinners out of one order and been full both times.

    Great food, great price, super friendly staff. The BBQ sauce is sooooo good and the food was ready really quick! :) highly recommend.

    Rick's Cookhouse has a great atmosphere, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The waitress very very attentive and got every order spot on, since we had a big group. I liked that there were a lot of choice, and there was something for everyone. The baked beans were incredibly delicious, and both BBQ sauces were flavorful. I did find the ribs and pulled pork to be a bit dry, and the flavour of the dry rubs didn't come through.
