Fontana Gardens Banquet Halls

Attended for a wedding!!! Beautiful grounds, beautiful banquet hall. The staff is so professional and friendly and the food and drinks were delicious. I highly recommend!!

We have been patrons of this banquet hall for many years. From engagement parties, to showers, stags, and weddings we’ve done it all. The food is always amazing and the service is impeccable. Our wedding followed my fathers passing by months. Phil made my dreams to have a special toast for my dad a reality by tracking down a special liquor that isn’t widely available. The Fontana Gardens team always treats us like family and makes sure that our every need is met and that our guests leave with full bellys and a desire to return.

We’ve always used the in-house DJs, John and Mike. We have always been quoted fair prices and received wonderful service. John runs the night with skill and ease, taking care of it all! The music keeps the party going and our guests on the dance floor. Our guests have enjoyed them so much they’ve hired John and Mike for their own events. Anyone saying they’re too expensive or didn’t follow their instructions are full of it. These guys are professional, experienced, and reasonably priced. You’ll be in great hands with them!

My wife and I had a great time. It was a beautiful wedding reception. The service could not have been any better. I highly recommend them for and event as I believe a wedding is most complicated and they handled that perfectly. 10/10 would have my wedding reception here again. Just wouldn't use the in-house dj again.

If only I could give more than 5 stars. From the get go, the team over at Fontana has been truly amazing to me and my family. This venue has a beautiful open space. Very clean, light and neutral colored interior, very gorgeously renovated. Cathy and her team, did a wonderful job of always answering any questions we had, she was very quick to respond to all my emails and was able to accommodate my minor requests with no hesitation. The captains of the night for my wedding were Marissa and another gentleman, I didn't catch his name. The two of them did an impeccable job with their very personable and professional nature. I received so many compliments on the quality of service, the gorgeous event space and the delicious food. We used the in-house DJ and MC Mike & John. Boy can I just say are those two a dynamic duo. My guests could not stop raving over them all evening. Our wedding was a mixed culture wedding. And catering to different cultures and ensuring everyone is happy is not always easy. John & Mike absolutely nailed! The music selection was so on point that our guests didn't even feel a need to approach their table and request specific songs. Mike is so natural on the mic, he knows exactly how to keep the crowd engaged. I would definitely recommend this Venue and their team of staff for any of your event needs! Great Job guys!

Since we booked our wedding reception with Fontana Gardens last year, James and Cathy have been a tremendous help in planning the huge and minute details of the reception - food (great choice for meal options and late night tables; my allergies to dairy, gluten and soy were all taken care of, without losing out on taste or quality), decor, set-up and timing of events. Cathy was very precise and detail-oriented when organizing the set-up -- she strives to ensure it is exactly your vision. Staff were also very accommodating of other vendors coming in to set-up or drop off the day of my wedding (cake, backdrop, photo booth rental).
Every one of the staff members were welcoming, polite and professional throughout all of my interactions leading up to, and including, the day of our wedding. Their staff ensured guests were happy, that the bride and groom ate, and they took care of a seating problem (had to rearrange a table at the last minute), and my melting cake (their chef took the time to fix my cake that they did not even bake) without even involving me (the bride) -- it was all handled discreetly, and I had ZERO stress that night thanks to the staff taking care of all our needs (which I GREATLY appreciated).
The hall is very spacious and clean, and has been recently renovated and looks GORGEOUS (added decor is not necessary - the hall is beautiful on its own). They have a spacious bridal suite with a private bathroom which came in handy.
I used the in-house DJ, Illusions DJ Entertainment (John and Mike) - John was also the MC - and was AMAZING.
Our guests won't stop talking about how delicious the food was - one even admitted our food was better than the food they had for her wedding (hehe).
Adam and I could not have been happier with how our wedding turned out -- Phil, James and Cathy, and to everyone else who made our wedding reception a real dream come true, thank you for going above and beyond on our special day.
