MR.SUB

The experience is pretty consistent with most other locations. Don’t expect cookies with your combo at dinner because they don’t keep up with that after lunch no matter the day of the week. The service is efficient but not friendly. I am never in a rush when I go there but if you plan to get it while you wait for the bus, they don’t rush so you may miss your bus even though the bus stop is steps away. The place is always clean but there are times when they just turn on the water to have you think they washed their hands before talking to you. They do wear gloves. It's worth going to every now and then but other locations give you a better experience

Fast and good subs, willing to give more topping to satisfy customers ????????

I really haven't been to a Mr. Sub in several years because I felt that there product and service was sliding downhill fast! But after going to the location on major McKenzie just east of Weston Rd twice in as many weeks, I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. My first visit a couple of weeks ago, I ordered the peppercorn steak sub. The service was great, the workers were very clean and courteous and the sub was good. On my second visit I ordered 3 meatball subs. The woman working there advised me right away that she wasn't sure if she had enough meatballs to make 3 subs, but she could make 2 for sure. After making the first two she realized that she did have enough so she asked did I want to stick with the alternative I ordered or did I still want the meatball. Again, she was very polite, clean, and professional and the subs were all good as well! I'm happy I decided to give them another shot. Keep up the great work and see you soon!
