Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen

Fantastic evening at Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen! Beautiful restaurant, clean and fresh and the services was incredible. Every dish was better than the next from the falafels to the beet salad, fried cauliflower and the dips and homemade stone oven pita. The large grill platter was more than enough for 5 of us to enjoy. I’d definitely recommend visiting this restaurant for a weeknight meal or a group night out.

Nice underground free parking, beautiful decor inside restaurant. Food is great as well but small portions not like how paramount use to be. Service was great too!!

Fresh, delicious food in a great ambience. Customer service was excellent too. Overall very satisfied. Glad that Paramount has opened up in Vaughan.

Was over on the weekend was the 1st time. Beautiful decor, very different than the dark interiors you see. Met with the Manager to talk about the design and love the thought put into it...including the rustic dining chairs. Best of all..GREAT FOOD and awesome customer service!

wow. this place! came here for a family dinner, late evening on a thursday. place was packed, but the manager had managed to fit a family of 7 in, under a wait time of 10 minutes. when ordering, our server was delightful, she was kind and knowledgeable about any questions we had about the dishes served here at paramount. she brought in our food at a wait time of 20-30 minutes, our food was warm and extremely delicious. she also had checked up on our table every 15 or so minutes, to ensure everything was doing well. so far, very impressed by the serving and catering of the restaurant, even after closing time.

unfortunately our party had sat down, 1 hour before closing time, however, we did not feel rushed one bit, neither did we feel as if the servers wanted us to leave. the entire staff was wonderful, and kind. even when the kitchen was cleaning up for closing, we had a few last minute dishes to order. yet, the manager had made sure that we had gotten our just orders into the kitchen.

when we were packing up to leave, our amazing server had also brought out some complimentary pita for us to take home. this location, is by far THE BEST paramount I have ever been to. The food, the service, the staff, the interior! Everything about it was magnificent. I wish you guys all the best with your newly opened restaurant! we will be back!
