Sorrento North Ristorante

The food is excellent and true Sorrento cooking (except for the added garlic) . Home made pasta is superb. Only issue is the noise level and crowded seating.

Food was good but portion size was a bit small for an italian restaurant

We celebrated our son’s engagement party with 47 people this past Sunday. Our entire meal was a huge success thanks to Nino’s passion of cooking and his thorough knowledge of Italian cuisine! Everything turned out PERFECT, flawless and most important all of our guests had rave reviews. Exactly what we had wanted. Highlights of the meal were seasonal fried zucchini flowers that melted in our mouths, penne made with delicious ciliegino sauce, steak cooked to perfection-well proportioned and so juicy and we had homemade green apple sorbet that came out with a bang! Best place to just celebrate anything, even just to dine out. Service was run impeccable by all staff, cheers to Nadia!

Visited on a Friday evening with a total of 10 people in our reservation. Without going into too much detail I can tell you that the food from start to finish was superb. All meals were cooked exactly as requested. Desserts were fantastic especially the lemon pound cake. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone stating downtown Toronto is the only place you can find a five-star dining experience.

We have had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant a few times and have been nothing short of amazed every time.
Upon entering, we were greeted by very hospitable staff.

All of the menu items are delicious and it’s hard to pick just one. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable and had great recommendations about the menus and specials that evening.

I would highly recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. An absolute must if someone is visiting the city.
