Received a class as a gift. To be honest, we weren’t expecting much but we ended up having a great time! All the credit needs to go to Michael and Damien, who are incredibly passionate and engaging. They turned what was a basic grilling class into a really fun experience.

We did the chicken class. It is geared towards grilling (and cooking) neophytes. I actually like doing my own prep but here it’s all done in advance for you. Nonetheless the end result here was delicious. The only reason for a 4- not 5-star review is that the class is not super hands on. Lots of demo and splitting of duties results in a good amount of down time. That said, a repeat customer (and there were many with us who had done 3,4,5 even 8 classes) said this was probably the least hands-on class he had done so YMMV.

The only reason that I am only giving 5 stars is because Google does not have a button for 100. It was an incredible experience. I love learning, cooking and having fun and my girlfriend could not have bought me a better birthday present. Michael and Damian were the Grillmasters and they created an amazing environment. They provided phenomenal energy, incredible knowledge, amazing attention to detail and spectacular food. There are so many people there that go back time and time again for more classes and I know why. Thank you for the great experience and see you next time!

Chefs Michael and Damien created a dynamic class which inspired me to expand my "grilling vision". Five appetizers were created, each exploding with seasoning and pop. The class moved along with lots of preparation, cooking and tasting. I really enjoyed the evening.

Thank you for a wonderful and amazing experience. The staff and grill masters have energy that is contagious and exciting. I will definitely be using the recipes that I've learned, I'm always looking for new recipes and techniques. Again, thank you!????????

I have been back for 6 classes and I always learn something new and valuable each and every class. Despite having 2 Kettles and a Weber gas grill I always experience something valuable.

Not only the learning experience but the experience of meeting new people with the passion of grilling is priceless. I will probably go back for more as its fun, learning and an oportunity of a new recipe.
