    I love Swiss Chalet because the service is fast and the food is totally predictable and good! Good value too.

    They are always friendly and courteous. Excellent food, with lots of new dishes. My favourite is still the 1/4 chicken white, with their delicious baked potato.

    Desperately in need of renovations. Decor remained same as when I lived there many years ago. Dingy and gray. Service started out poorly sticky table tops, and coffee stained cups along with lukewarm coffee. Despite all the negatives it really brightened up when a new server Carolina took over. She proved to be just the ray of sunshine we needed and it brightened from there on. She was professional, saw to our needs and was caring in her service. She deserves five stars. Thanks Carolina for saving the day.

    The food is really quite consistently good. The new menu is pretty good too! I like that there are now options to add hot OR cold chicken to your salads and wraps. I never understood why cold chicken was the only option before. Well done, Swiss Chalet!

    Excellent services. We have many kids. The server treat the kids very nice and always with smile. Food always good. It would be 6 stars if you bring the fish and chips back to menu.
