Pulled into the drive-thru and was told right then that it will be at least a five minute wait. After giving my name, my food was delivered to the car. Although my name was completely off from what I gave, food was good as always.

Great chubby chicken sandwich here. Had to wait 5 minutes but worth the wait and would come back again.

Still one of the better fast food burger restaurants out there. Food's always consistent, and you can't beat the root beer! My son had his first A&W root beer today, and said "I see why this is famous! Yum!!"

Sadly the service is very hit and miss. Sometimes we've been in and out in 20 minutes and other times it's taken almost 45 just to get 1 burger.

Most times my order isn't correct and I have to wait to get it changed. I've also been served frozen french fries. Not cold but rock sold frozen.

I once went back to the counter to purchase a gift certificate and the response from the person behind the counter was "What did we do wrong now". Clearly they are used to the complaints.

When the do get it right the food is good but more often than not they just don't hit the mark.

Having been back this past week there seems to be some changes have made. Both times our food was hot and the orders taken quickly and correctly.

Great place. Excellent staff. They always smile. Stay calm when things get busy. Everyone now and then make mistakes. But it is how you handle the situation. Treat others with respect and you will get it back 10 fold. The food is excellent. Thanks so much.????????????????????????????????
