One of my favourite kinds of food is Italian, and nowhere in town makes me hunger for Pizza, pasta, or a hearty sandwich more than Sicilian Gourmet Pizza & Pasta on Ardagh and Ferndale. Super accessible, very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the food! Delicious. Portions are great, everything is fresh, and their selection is vast. A little something for everyone! If you're looking for a somewhat rustic, family-friendly place for lunch or dinner, and are looking for a little taste of Sicily, this is the place to go. My favourite dishes to order are the Fettuccine Alfredo, Fresh Baked Lasagna, Veal/Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, and the Alfredo Pizza. My mouth is watering just typing this. Seriously, Go here. You will not be disappointed. You get what you pay for.”

“A good place to stay. Check in was fast and easy, staff friendly and in good humor. Room was very clean and fresh-scented. Both room and bathroom were spacious. Elevator was a bit slow, but who cares? Breakfast was ok, one should upgrade (for about $8) in order to have a proper breakfast with eggs. Location was not so great, just beside the highway, where many other hotels/motels are located, but with a car is not an issue at all. Good place and moderate $$.”

I absolutely love their Junior bacon cheese burgers...just big enough to make me feel like I have had enough to eat and not feel over-full. Less is better and the price is just $2. 30 ! Family-run business and they are the friendliest people, literally can’t get any better than this! “I ordered delivery from here the other day. They called me to tell me that it was going to be late. And they offered to throw in free drinks. This is the first time any restaurant has ever called me to inform me that my food would be late, and I have never been offered free items for it. For their customer service alone I give them four stars. Unfortunately the food was not my favourite. But it is better than a lot of Chinese places in Barrie. I would recommend them to anyone.”
