The food is constantly fresh and tasty, cashiers hands over good service. I like the cleanliness and character. Keep up the good work.

UPDATE: Laura and Tim followed up with me within minutes of this post and fixed the concern. Best follow up experience I’ve had - because of this, we will make a trip back to this location and give it another go.
Increased rating to a 4 (from a 2) because of the follow up customer service. Laura was phenomenal and is great at having a genuine want to turn negative into positive.

Here for a birthday

Food was good and our main server was nice enough.
We get a classic dessert with a candle and the server literally just plops a dessert plate on the table and walked away. No attempt to sing or even say happy birthday
We heard this was a fun family place great for celebrations. We didn’t feel that vibe at all

Great new location, very friendly employees and service was very fast. Food quality was also amazing! Will definitely go back and recommend to eat here. In love with the interior design, the hexagon details were very nicely added from ceilings to the tiles along with the pops of colors from their branding.

Had a late lunch with friends on Monday. Our server, Chris W, meet all our expectations as to what a good server should be like. I enjoyed the Thai wrap. Other people at our table enjoyed their meals also. Well done Boston Pizza!

Once again my wife and I had a great date night! The atmosphere was really nice and our server Erin was superb! Tim the manager checked in frequently to ensure a positive experience. I think this is now our date night spot! Thanks guys!
