I want to share my recent experience at the Bradford Caribbean Cuisine. I really enjoy a following of Caribbean food especially Jerk Chicken in which I have eaten from Jamaica, Toronto and GTA. I am not a resident of Bradford, however I passed by and noticed their sign and I went in. I was greeted with a very clean restaurant and a gentleman behind the counter. I ordered Jerk Chicken, which I found to be exceptional with great spice and heat, the rice and peas with oxtail gravy was excellent as well. I have since been back to try the curry chicken, curry shrimp, oxtail and goat, which was also amazing. i will continue to eat at this establishment. I certainly encourage anyone who appreciates good Caribbean food to give them a try.

The flavour is on point. The hot sauce they give you hits the spot. The rice is delicious. I ordered jerk chicken. My only complaint was that the chicken was not as juicy and it didn't fall off the bone. That would have made this spot a 5 star. But honestly in the area it is probably the best carribean food. If you live in Newmarket/Aurora I would say it's worth the drive.

I would feel confident in the curries after tasting the flavour of the jerk chicken.

Just came here first time and the oxtail is unreal. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff as well 10/10
