McDonald's

This newly renovated shop is what others need to strive for. Aside the clean warm friendly look, the staff are superb! Service is fast and friendly even on a busy day and time. The shop is large enough so you never feel cramped. Someone is continually cleaning tables and floors. Overall a great place.

Peter the kitchen manager went above and beyond. He demonstrated fantastic leadership with his team and delivered a phenomenal customer experience. Peter not only immediately acknowledged and rectified the kitchen's mistake but offered to personally hand make my order amidst one of the busiest lunch rushes I have seen at a McDonald's. This type of leadership is what truly sets Peter apart from other Managers in the retail food industry. He does not manage his team, he leads them and it is apparent with every happy interaction you have with any associate. Make this man a head office customer experience manager so he can affect change in more than one location! I live two hours from this restaurant and would gladly stop here again just for the fantastic service. 10 out of 10. Best McDonald's experience hands down. (And there have been many many negative ones sadly..)
