If you enjoy smoked meats, you will love this place. I've eaten here a few times and will be back again for sure. The poutine burger is a favourite.

If you've seen it on "You Gotta Eat Here", you may want to moderate your expectations. The Smoke is decidedly average barbecue. The sides were under seasoned. The sauces pretty uniformly sweet. The meat was just okay - somewhat dry. In fairness, we were a large group, but barbecue is supposed to be forgiving in large amounts. Meh. I wouldn't go out of my way.

Tried the sampler plate for lunch - ribs, brisket n pulled pork - which is large enough for my wife n I to share, but I can see myself finishing it if I was really hungry. Really like this restaurant and want to go back to try a few more items. The one thing I can recommend is to slice the brisket too order, which might not be possible for a busy restaurant.

Very relaxed smoke house with a delicious selection of meats. The brisket is delicious and the bacon is superb. I've been here so many times and never disappointed. I'd say that if you're looking for a unique Collingwood staple then you should check this place out!
