Taj was an amazing experience. Took my kids 7 and 5, and the food was excellent and mild enough to not throw off my boys. Service was fantastic. We will definitely return. I'm excited to try the lunch buffet!!!

One of the best Indian restaurant.. you can say best eating place in Angus or nearby. We ordered food for 4 people and must tell that everyone really enjoyed the food it’s worth to pay.. The quality and the quantity is the best compare to Barrie restaurants. Appreciate the lovely couple for excellent service. We definitely be back and recommend to all our family and friends.????

Food was good, price is a bit astronomical. Spent $85 to feed three people.

The food was tasty and good quality. The sauces were very smooth and consistent.

The one downfall, there was not enough meat and veggies, our left overs consist of sauce, exclusively (a lot of sauce). They could use to double up, as it’s not nearly enough. I’d say sauce to meat/veggies ratio is 5:1.

If you’re getting one dish, rice and a couple samosas it’s a good place for dinner. But as you bring more mouths to the table, it gets steep fast.

However, I’ve eaten a lot of Indian food across the world and found it quite tame compared to what I’ve experienced.

Try it, you’ll enjoy it. But I probably will stick to my home cooked Indian food instead.
