(August 6, 2019, 5:20 pm)Was in this past Sunday with my family and I have to say I was so impressed with this Sunset grill. We normally go to the one in Maple but as we were passing through decided to stop at the innisfil location. The servers were amazing. They were so friendly, welcoming and delivered fast service. The food was excellent as well. Such a difference from the one we normally go to and we’ll definitely be stopping by at this location again when we’re in the area.

Servers seemed more concerned about talking to each other then providing actual customer service. About 5 other tables with customers, food took awhile to come. Servers walked by several times and did not offer to refill coffee, we had to ask. Also did not come to check in after food was brought to table. Was in 2 weeks ago as well and the server then was wonderful and ver accommodating. Today's experience certainly leaves a lot to be desired.
