(October 26, 2019, 11:30 pm)Excellent menu with generous portions. The Korean menu is fantastic and the hot stone Bibimbap and spicy bulgogi are delicious. Good service and friendly owners. It would be nice if they would use something other than Styrofoam for takeout containers though.

(October 2, 2019, 1:42 pm)I have lived in the Midland area for years and passed Minji's so many times and never thought to check it out. I had heard good things but still never tried it. I finally decided to stop in and am glad I did. The food is made fresh and full of flavour. I have now ordered take out about 10 times and have been impressed every time. The portions are huge and everything I have tried has been great.

(July 19, 2019, 2:38 pm)Great local eatery. Great find for breakfast. Yummy omelets and reasonable prices. Weekends are ridiculously busy but wait staff are wonderful and do the best they can. Lunch and dinner menu is varied and quite reasonable as well.
