Mariposa Market

I don’t really need to say much about this place. It just gave me a real Canadian local market spirit. For one immigrant like me, I’m just in love. I’ll definitely bring my family here.

What can I say? Tasty coffee. Love the Homer donuts (pink frosting + sprinkles). Great place for small gifts, e.g. jams and preserves, locally sourced honey, etc. It's a town fixture for a reason!

Looove their chicken pot pie and sunshine salad with chicken. Their donuts and loaves are fresh and super rich. If you have a weakness for banana peanut butter combo, go for the smoothie. They use powder peanut butter. So yummy with only 4 honest to goodness ingredients.

The best bakery I have ever been too!!! We always make a stop when in the Orillia area. Fantastic fresh food daily. Great place to grab lunch or a tasty treat. I highly recommend trying the monkey business frappe. Amazing broccoli cheddar soup as well. Awesome family cafe atmosphere with cool cottage decor all custom designed within an old theatre. Keep up the great work Mariposa! An absolute must stop destination. ????

This was my second time going here. I had never eaten anything. Met with friends for tea and a Texas donut. The donuts were huge and super fresh. This is an amazing meeting place. Lots of conversational pieces and interesting knickknacks there. Love the atmosphere here.a little pricey but love this place.
