Au Vieux Duluth Cornwall

Had dinner at AVD in Cornwall this past Monday. The food was great and portions were generous. We've eaten here several times over the past few months. Service is great - friendly and attentive. I've been meaning to write a review since our visit in June. We had walked to the restaurant from our hotel. When it was time to leave, it was pouring rain. We mentioned to our server that we hoping to wait out the rain. The next thing we knew, Alexandre, the owner/manager offered to drive us back. Told us to take our time and when we were ready, he gave us a ride. Service above and beyond. Two thumbs up to AVD.

Food was absolutely incredible, prices were great, and the chef was making the rounds ensuring that everyone was having a great meal. Would recommend to anyone! Will be back!

We stopped here for lunch, and the food was great, and we enjoyed the clean and peaceful atmosphere. Prices were decent, and the lunch time specials were great and often included soup, or salad and a drink, so the slightly higher pricing came with a lot of value if your looking for a full lunch. They also had less inclusive lunch options as well, and had food for people that like Greek and regular mainstream options like chicken fingers. I had a good lunch here, and the gyros are very authentic and tasty!

I'd argue that this restaurant has some of Cornwall's best waitresses, The food has always been incredible and the service always perfect. Certainly recommend this place. Very nice patio to enjoy in the summer. Parties are also comfortable, and have had a few reservations here before.
