Truffles Burger Bar

Cool vibe, well decorated, friendly staff and the fries were really good. I got the Sahara Burger (veggie) which tasted fine but just fell entirely apart when I tried to pick it up. It couldn't maintain any type of shape so I ended up having to eat it with a fork and knife.

Food was great! Best hamburgers but also other dishes served as well. The ahi tuna salad with their secret dressing was delicious. Staff was friendly but service was slow (many tables came in at the same time) and very loud. Be prepared to walk a couple of blocks to find parking. Nice atmosphere.

Truffles is absolutely fantastic! We love the atmosphere inside, and outside on the patio. Lovely plants everywhere. The drinks are fun and unique. Most of all - the food is outstanding! Competitively priced and interesting, I have no problem finding an amazing vegetarian meal here. I've tried all the veggie burgers and I am always super satisfied. So much class!

Not only does Truffles have the ONLY good burger in Canada, it is THE BEST burger in North America. I joke with buddies back in the States that Canada has laws against good burgers, mandating they torch your meat to oblivion. Because this place grinds their own fresh, it defies the laws of nature (or the Canadian Board of Health :)

I’ve come three times in my travels, and every time is impressive. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and there’s a decent selection of local craft beers.

Responding to the “local guide” who complained about a dry burger- that’s his fault for not ordering it exactly how he wanted it, or failing to speak up when it wasn’t to order. Oh well.

Cool atmosphere, and lots of interesting and different options for both vegetarian and meat lovers. The food quality was excellent, and the portion size was good as well. The quality service was on par with the food and overall it's definitely a place I'd recommend. The location is on a downtown street but there is tons of free parking around including a mall parking structure. You can tell the owners of this establishment have put in a lot of thought and pride into this business and executed it perfectly. Its well worth the detour if your travelling across the 401-go get some real food!
