Absolutely delicious. We had a very pleasant experience here. The ambiance was quaint and lovely, and the food was superb. In particular, the cannoli was probably the best I have ever tasted in my life. A must-try in Toronto!

The food is perfect and will make you feel like your back in Sicily; the offerings and their execution being exactly what you would want along the coast. Careful with the end of meal corretto; the espresso is real and perfect and will keep you talking all night.

The food was delicious and the bartender was very friendly upon first arrival.

My only two complaints are, there was no bread available for order, and I feel like this is a key starting dish, this was around 530pm. Secondly, our server was kind, but not very skilled. He was not very attentive as we needed to ask for my companions wine 3 times and the table behind us seemed to be served much quicker despite being a larger group. There is a two hour seating limit, which I thought would be more than enough time, however since service was so slow, we were there for a two hours exactly. We were a table of two who ordered one appetizer, two mains, one glass of wine per person and one dessert to share.

More attentive and efficient service would significantly improve the experience, especially in a day and age where quality service is half of the experience. The food was delicious though!

Portions are small and pricey. Some dishes were not presented the way the menu described them. Avoid the cheese and melon salad, for its $25 cost and size. The truffles in the gnocchi were greasy like bacon fat and the whole meal could fit in my hand. Olives were good, not too salty. Bread was fresh but not astounding for $7 for 4 pieces. My companion really liked the thick noodles with beef, and thought white anchovies on toast was good. We both shared a leafy creamy salad that was small and delicious. Our waiter was attentive, I will say, changing our used forks, napkins and freshening water. Ardo did know this was going to be a birthday celebration, but not even a happy wish from them. Tried it, wasn't blown away, don't need to return.

I was there last night with my boyfriend for his birthday dinner , it was our first time with Italian Cuisine. Zane, our server was really great. He explained us about the preparation of Italian cuisine and mere that was enough to fall in love with the food we were going to have. Food tasted like heaven, without a doubt I can say I never had such amazing food. On top of that Zane put a candle on the dessert and did happy birthday song too which was again great hospitality. Thank you .
