My partner and I were craving some fried chicken while we were out and about in North York. This place hit the spot! We had the half boneless regular fried chicken a half spicy. Both were Delicious! The boneless option is only $1 extra and definitely worth it. They offer 3 combos of chicken and booze, but we didn’t find anything we wanted to drink from their beer selection. The music was Korean rap and pop which was nice, but there’s no real ambiance. This is def a spot for the lovers of fried or Korean chicken. Parking space is extra limited (3-4 spots).
Great restaurant & great food. The staff were friendly & skillful. There are many Korean restaurants in this part of town but Drunken Chicken by far is the best one to me. Highly recommended. Also if you take out they will give you a discount.
Great little spot. Beat Korean fried chicken I’ve ever had. Garlic was delicious and the spicy one was good with just the right amount of heat. Crispy coated fries and the rice noodles were a good consistency.
The place is super clean and cool for those hot summer days, although it might be a tad bit dark. I ordered take-out, which you should eat ASAP, because I think the sauce sort of comes off the longer you wait. This happened to me, and the chicken was less flavourful when I ate it ... 1 hour later. However, the flavour itself is very tasty, and the chicken was cooked well! I guess if you can, ask for extra sauce or sauce on the side. I will definitely have to come back some other time to try it fresh!
The place was clean and the server was pleasant. I had the spicy peanut and the honey chicken as well as the assorted fries and I loved it (though the fry basket mostly had regular fries so more onion rings would've been nice). The free sides they give you are refreshing, too.
