Nando's Kennedy Commons

We were served a very small size chicken. And I mean very small. I forgot to take a picture. Not worth the price when you get a small skinny piece of chicken. When we looked around those ordering whole chicken were given bigger portions/size of chicken compared to individual orders.
Place is quite noisy. Food not bad though. However, our coleslaw had so much black pepper in it. Been to other Nandos, and none of them had black pepper in their coleslaw!
Staff not very friendly. Most of them were behind the counter talking and giggling away while only one staff directing customers to their tables and clearing tables. For first timers they don’t explain anything nor do they tell you where to get your cutlery and sauces.

The chicken is tender, hot, and combined with their peri sauce, perfectly spicy. The fires are also have this special seasoning that adds a distinct flair, making their fries stand out amongst others. Food arrived quick and relatively cheap. Great setting and overall experience. There was however a weird smell when you first enter the restaurant which is kind of jarring, but it goes away as you actually move farther in.

The taste was really good but I was recommended the chicken leg and thigh 1/4 chicken. It's was very small for the price. Better to go with breast piece. Service was fast and courteous.

Nando's is a great restaurant with friendly staff and great food. They are very consistent in the food they make and serve and always treat you with the utmost of respect. Very few restaurant chains do food and service as well as Nando's. I am not sure if it specific to this location though as this is only one I have ever been to. But I can say I have been going every weekend for a couple months now because it's just that good!!

Picked up dinner here last evening. The food was prepared and ready for pick up when I arrived. This was my first time eating Nando’s. The garlic bread was delicious. The chicken was a bit salty, but not bad at all.

Good value for the money. Will be back for when cooking seems like a chore.
