Project Gigglewater

2nd place we went to that night and I wish it was the only place. Great craft cocktails with not only a mixologist that is knowledgeable but also staff (shout outs to you, Alfred!) that knew his stuff! I would definitely put this on my list of place to go for a well done cocktail!

The drinks were fantastic and the bartender was super friendly and helpful in assisting us picking drinks based on what we like. Will definitely go back - they're working on a menu so I'm excited to see what they're working on ????

Project Gigglewater is the light in the darkness of the Toronto bar scene. Alfred (the owner) provides the city's best cocktails in an intimate and inviting atmosphere. The name is as creative as the cocktail.menu it provides. I would highly recommend this bar to anyone, whether a first date or a night out with friends. Thank you Alfred for being a game changer !

This place is so relaxed, laid-back with a great atmosphere. Classic and custom cocktails made by friendly, knowledgeable bartenders. A hidden gem...for now.
