Ordered a Jerk Roti and Tiger Shrimp roti. The Jerk Roti (Pictured) was fantastic, very flavorful and had more meat then filler which is uncommon at West Indian joints. Hit ever point of the soul food scale and would highly recommend it if it is your first time here.

The Tiger Shrimp roti was on the other end of the spectrum and was a HUGE disappointment. We counted maybe 2 small sized tiger shrimps that were cut into smaller pieces. The ratio of meat to filler was very disproportionate and if your going to charge an extra $2 for shrimp, you have to realize we're going to expect a better product for that premium price. I understand small joints like this have to up the price for the premium price of a raw ingredient, but they should just have regular shrimp instead to offset that cost. The curry was good thou!

In conclusion I'll recommend Singh's Trini Vibes, the food is on par with a mom and pop restaurant quality, but stick to the chicken and goat!
