Sunnyside Pavilion Cafe

The only place in Toronto where you feel you’re on a tropical vacation! In the summer (the only time the cafe is open) I go there at least once a week after a swim at Sunnyside Pool, sit in the shade and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Ontario!

Excellent location, patio and attentive service. Good blender drinks. Average food. Free parking lot about a 5 minute walk away.

A great place by the waterfront, with delicious food (pizzas are amazing, despite it's "only" a cafe and not a large pizzeria). Drinks / cocktails are tasty and are served fast. Enjoyed the experience a lot!

It is a nice restaurant right there by the beach. The food is good and has a pretty view of the south-west condo buildings of Toronto as well as of the lake. A pleasant inclusion to your beach day.

If this place was located anywhere else I'd rate it worse. The atmosphere is great - great view of the lake. Nice little get away in the city. The food itself (and drinks) are pretty average or worse. Service average or worse. Prices high for the quality, but i guess this is a classic tourist trap. I'd only recommend it for a couple of beers.
