“Extremely slow and uncoordinated staff; the manager looks younger than some of the subordinates. This results in chaotically long lines & masses of people waiting for their orders post-payment without room to stand. I've waited 15 minutes for a coffee before and it wasn't even peak hours. I know it's a busy spot but you have to fix the staffing. The food is done well so no complaints for the cooks. My order has always been correct so no complaints there either. Such a hot location should HIRE MORE CASHIERS AND BETTER MANAGERS.”

“The food here was SO MUCH BETTER than ANY McDonald's in the US! Fries were so delicious and perfectly cooked! The meat actually was about the same size of the bun. The bun was soft and fresh. It took longer to get my food, but it was worth the wait! AND they have the double hamburger meal - no longer available in the States! So good!! Plus, it's open 24 hours. That was great since we were walking at 3 a.m. In the States, most if not all locations only offer drive thru after certain times.”

“The play place was excellent with, for once, ample seating for parents to sit and eat their meal while their children play. It was nice and clean though some parents need to follow the rules and be more observant of their children and follow the rules of the area(like making sure your children are wearing socks). The food was mostly good. Only the fries would I have a bone to pick with, as the wife prefers freshly made fries and they did not taste their freshest at all.”

“It's seen better days. The location is run down and often dirty. I'd much rather go to the McDonald's @ Victoria Park and St. Clair, but this one happens to be closer to where I live. The service is usually good during the week, but can be very slow and unreliable on weekends when the teenagers and part-timers are working shifts. Other than that, it's a typical McDonald's.”

“Arrived here on a Tuesday afternoon. Super hot & humid day outside, inside Aroma the air is still quite stuffy (maybe because the seating area is so cramped). I ordered a Ice coffee and Avocado sandwich; service was great! Very fast and on point. My only qualm with this location is that the available seating inside is so sparse.... I always saw Aroma as a good study cafe, so first time being here, I was kind of disappointed. They also don't have outlets available for charging. Food is consistent. Ice coffee is great here.”
