Beautiful gardens with various African species of plants and butterflies. Just wish it was a bit bigger because of how beautiful it was. The staff was very informative and knew a lot about butterflies and the information surrounding. Great for all ages if you are a nature nerd like me.

Great place to admire God's beautiful creatures. Intimate atmosphere. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. While the butterfly's are supposed to be more active when it was sunny, they were quite active on a cold dreary day on October.
Be forewarned, it is hot and humid in there, that is the climate the butterflies enjoy. Dress appropriately, there is an open coat room there as well.

A really neat place to spend a few hours among the butterflies. We have visited several times and my kids love it. For a fee you can tag, release and track a butterfly to help with research about their migration destinations

This conservatory is small but so great! It has many butterflies and birds to see. You can do a walkthrough multiple times which is perfect to see new things missed the first time. They have a place to eat and also educational areas. Had a really good time visiting.

Had a wonderful time with the butterflies! We started with lunch at the Chrysalis Cafe. The food was good and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the airplanes zoom by as they approached the tarmac of the nearby airport. The cafe is a great addition to the conservatory. We also enjoyed the exhibits and live insects. They were very educational. The main event - the tropical garden - was extraordinary. We loved walking around surrounded by free flying butterflies, birds, and a couple turtles (not flying). The staff was very helpful and informative. Overall, had a great time and would suggest anyone (who is not terrified by insects) to go!
