Very professional and polite the service is unmatched by any other shisha lounge. Highly recommend to people the want to expiernce a traditional shisha lounge!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where should I start? This place is amazing! I have been going to this restaurant for the past 7 years now. Not one day have I been disappointed. The people are very nice and friendly. The staff is great, very helpful, the food is very delicious. There has been a few times that I didn't have enough for my bill and the was was SUPER GENEROUS about it. I have been to all the shisha lounges in Mississauga, Kitchenr, Cambridge, and Waterloo. None of these places even compare to diwan. Diwan has one the best shishas I have ever had. It is a great clean environment. My friends and I never get bored when we are there. The staff actually cares about you and interacts with you making sure that you are having a good time and enjoying your experience. Overall, if you want great customer service, tasty food, really good shisha, and VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES, I highly reccomend that you go and check out thos place. I will definitely be going here more often, and so should you :)

Food is really good but they can use new furniture and organize the place more. Overall it is a good place . Will be back .

Diwan is the #1 spot in Cambridge! The service is just impeccable and Nawras was very accommodating. He is very fast with the shisha and always tops up the charcoals before you even ask! Amazing Mediterranean cuisine 11/10
