Swiss Chalet

This Swiss Chalet is one of the oldest Chalet in Kitchener Waterloo . Our Family has been visiting this establishment for Years. I visited the original in Toronto at Young and Eglinton Ave some 65 years ago,and this one on Fairway Rd still serves the way that it was intended to. Large pieces of chicken done to perfection a great order of chips and not skimpy on the quality or quantity and some of the staff still serving us after 20 or 30 years , still with a smile.This is a place you should visit often and enjoy.

Our favorite Swiss Chalet. We eat here only a couple of times per year but today the waitress recognized us. Food is always good but the chicken today just melted in my mouth! Yum!

We had a great experience at this Swiss Chalet and it was enhanced by a very fun and attentive waitress named Betty. The food was great we were told that the lemon water bowls are coming back so that was very exciting. And, this was my first time at this Swiss Chalet where I did not have to walk to the bar in order to use my scene card. Thank you, Betty, for knowing what to do and making our visit to our favourite Swiss Chalet, a little more fun!!

A nicely renovated location with good food and good service! I appreciate the expanding menu and cleanliness of the store. The staff is awesome... if there ever is an issue, it is dealt with promptly! Keep it up!
