Fantastic experience. We stumbled across Willibald and were so pleasantly surprised. Great cocktails, delicious farm to table food and such friendly service. Katie and staff made us feel very welcome! Can’t wait to return and bring friends.

The gin is fantastic, and really unique- I've never had anything quite like it before. After trying it, we had to try the restaurant too, and wow, what an experience! Well worth the drive from Guelph. The food, the spirits, the cocktails, and the ambiance are all wonderful, and so focused- you can feel the care and attention that goes into everything they do. Outstanding charcuterie and a super creative cocktail menu. Just a really special place. Can't wait for their whisky to come out!

Fantastic hidden gem!
They make their own gin on site and while small, this place is very impressive. The menu is very much farm to table based, but the key difference here is that most of the items actually come FROM the farm itself. Small menu, however there’s something for everyone’s palette and the presentation is good with taste being on par with much larger, higher end establishments. Truly a hidden gem and a perfect place for a romantic dinner.

Really great experience. We had craft beers and their trout dinner for 2 and started with a salad. All the food was really, really good. Seriously great chefs. Also, the service was so friendly and attentive. Gave her the biggest tip I have ever given a server, we were so impressed, my husband and I.
