    I don't normally give a chain restaurant 5 stars, but their Brooklyn pizza with olives is fantastic. Seriously, it's not my favourite Italian pizza, it's a NY style. Domino's is the only chain that does this pizza right... good on them!

    This place has always been pretty good for pizza. Lots of people working so your pizza is done quickly. If you order double items you actually get double items!

    I have never had so many problems at one location before.

    One time - they literally lost my order. I was 5 minutes early, and waited about 20 minutes for them to redo my order. The worker said. If we find the other order you can have both! As if he was doing me a favour. Though I didnt take it, the man in the back did offer me a free bottle of pop for the wait, which was appreciated.

    If I get delivery we are normally short one or two dips.

    The online coupons for this store are not as good as the Kitchener locations. (Highland)

    Another time we went to pick up our order and they never even got it... that is likely an issue bigger than the store.

    But one thing I can't complain about is the food quality, it has been consistently very good.
