East Side Mario's Waterloo (King)

I've lived in Kitchener for 2 years and drove by this location and never went in. Pleasantly surprised by the size and how friendly the staff were. We went on a Saturday night without a reservation, wait time was about 45 minutes. We were seated before the 45 minutes which was great! Our server Ashely was great and the food was pretty good. My sons didn't enjoy their sandwiches, and said the fries wee hollow. Other than that we would definitely come back and bring the entire family.

Visited with a large group Thursday night and had an amazing experience. Waiter was pleasant, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Food was great! Wish I knew his name cause I would love to tell his manager how great he was.

Lauren was our waitress and was absolutely exceptional! She checked in on us and was very pleasant. I celebrated my birthday and they offered free dessert! We even had one of the other floor staff check on us when Lauren got tied up with a big drink order.

Just wanted to say...

We came last night and had amazing service. The food tasted great, the waitress was awesome, and the service was fast!

Had a good experience, especially because we had just left a Kelsey's location right before because the waitress left us sitting there for 20 minutes after taking our drink order and not even bringing our drinks.

Thank you for making our night! We will absolutely be back again.
