Wendy's

Quick service, hot food. I love the freestyle coke machines with Dave's Soda options. I wish the self serve ordering worked.

We had a fantastic time. The food was great quality, the prices as great as ever, and the staff was very friendly. Its in a great accessible spot as well.

The location of this Wendy's restaurant in Waterloo, Ontario, is great. Many of those who work around that area would prefer it over other restaurants though there are many other options at such a busy area up north in Waterloo. The parking lot might be a little tricky and not quite spacious, but the service is good, and the restaurant is clean and organized. The service speed is also acceptable with a reasonable waiting time when ordering.

Service and accuracy of orders is really hit and miss, yet I stop by every few weeks due to the convenience. Last week I ordered a hamburger with baked potato and sour cream with a frosty. Gave me the bag, and I looked and it only had a potato, so I passed it back. They apologized, etc., then I take the "new" bag and go. I get home and the burger was fine, but there was no fork, knife, or butter or sour cream! Ugh...

Not too sure if there was a long line in the drive thru but it took a while to be served at the counter. When we were served the food was hot and fresh. The restaurant itself was well lit and clean, I didn't use the washroom so I can't comment about that. Overall it was a decent experience.
