Nice place, well decor really nice atmosphere, nothing extraordinary about the service, as a matter of fact the server/bartender never taste check on my food...now the food OMG!! the jambalaya was simply to die for.
Hearty, tasty,rich full of flavor, very southern, very impressed.

Really enjoyed our dinner at The Friendly Society on a Wednesday evening. Food was very enjoyable and the prices were very reasonable. Loved our cheese and charcuterie board! Environment was nice too. The only downside, as someone else mentioned, is the flies! There weren’t any windows or doors open, but there were several pesky flies that would not leave us alone at our table! Not sure what that’s about, but that was the only downside of the restaurant. Would recommend and return!

Love the decor and the vibe of this place!! The food is outstanding and you can tell that every little detail has been carefully planned right down to the cocktail menu (the best in town). We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Food tasted just alright (almost tempted to say bad). Environment was nice (window seats overlooking the river were great), but the many flies detracted from the experience a lot. Service and drinks were good though!
