(October 23, 2019, 5:26 am)They'd get a higher rating if they could find a way to make gravy for poutines past 10pm. This would be acceptable if they were an American A&W but this is Canada the poutine is a staple. Also quite frankly their fries need the gravy. Their burgers are good, but if they could start doing a simple task and just make gravy at night they'd get 5*s from me.

(September 11, 2019, 7:01 pm)Service was really quick. Staff was friendly and chatty but still hard at work. Ordered a mama burger combo using a couple, with onion rings and root beer. The mug was frosted and the drink nice and cold without ice. The dining room was clean and presentable. One thing that was interesting was the washrooms had electronic locks - your receipt has a code that you use to enter - to ensure that paying customers only can use it. Was neat to see. Would visit again

(August 23, 2019, 9:27 pm)Best A&W location in Guelph. Great staff, they are friendly. The service is fast inside the store and in the drive thru. The store is always clean and the food is always hot and your order is always right!
