Kenzo Guelph

I love the food here and the service when you eat inside is great. The lowered star is for when you order it for takeout. The first time I did this, they didn't see me and I got my food after waiting nearly an hour (which I get that mistakes happen and I may be partially to blame for my choice of seating). The second time I went, they gave me frozen solid potato salad which was super disappointing as I really like their potato salad. I will be trying their takeout once more and am hoping it is a more positive experience.

The food is awesome!! Unfortunately they don't have enough staff so it takes a long time to get your meals on the table. Although, the food worth the wait.

Best place for Japanese ramen in Guelph, hands down. All other places are not as authentic (as of October 2019). The dishes come out piping hot, the broth is flavorful and the noodles are cooked just right. The gyozas are also amazing!

Was our first time here. We enjoyed the soups. The server was able to help clarify menu items. Would return ????

Excellent food. They need to staff up, though. My take out order took over an hour to complete. I get that it's because the place is popular, but they'll need extra resources to fulfill demand.
