Sunset Grill

This is one of my favourite breakfast places, I typically order for takeout and the food is delicious and packed very nicely. It is always ready when they say it will be :) I usually get eggs , bacon , sausage pancakes and fruits. Never had an issue.

We were there so many times but on Sunday (22nd September) was the worst experience ever. We know that they are so busy on weekends and we understand we had to wait til could sit down and waited-that's okay. But after that nobody came to our table, we were just invisible. After 10 minutes I asked a waitress that we'd like to place an order, after 5 minutes she came back. We didn't get any water or coffee til this time. 2 tables came after us and they get their order before us (they had other waitress then ours). We asked the bacon crispy-it wasn't, my scrammbled eggs was cold. We saw that the orders was ready but nobody picked them up and served them, they just getting colder. Nobody asked that "Everything is okay?" - like every visit. I added 3 stars because otherwise they are nice, quick and the food is hot. We paid tip to our waitress, we know they need it but it was really a bad experience for us.

Pretty good menu choices. Really good skillets. Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Only reason or 4 stars was the bacon, it was terrible, like beef jerky. Told the server and they kindly removed it from the bill.
