“I went there for lunch today around 4pm. Ate some food and while I was sitting had my wallet on my food tray. When I was finished eating I made the mistake of throwing out the whole tray without realizing until over 3 hrs later. I frantically drove back and explained the situation to Tamana (I believe this is the spelling of the managers name) RIGHT AWAY she called the person who threw out the garbages to try and locate where it may have went. From there she helped me go through every garbage it could have been in all the way to the main dump in the back. There was 0 reason she had to do this for me and I expected to be told there's nothing they can do. But instead I was met with something beyond customer service. You turned a horrible day into an amazing one. She had multiple people assisting me and I felt like with her helping I was gonna find it and that's exactly what happened. There was another man in the back who assisted just as much I forget his name. Thank you again to you and your whole team you have earned a customer for life. You guys are so awesome thank you again.”

“What a (hidden) gem! I wish I found this place sooner! The self seated part is not my favorite and the restaurant can get pretty crowded at lunch time, especially during the weekends, but IT’s ALL WORTH IT: their food is amazing! Incredibly tasty crepes - at least my salmon crepe was!, and yummy sandwiches! They also serve a bunch of mouth watering cakes and ice-cream! We will go back!”

“This McDonald's offers good service when it's not busy. Bad weather and off hours are the best times to go for a prompt service experience. However, seeing as it's the only McDonald's in this area, it is most often busy. The seating area has plenty of seating and there are 4 self serve kiosks. The MEN'S washroom is usually slightly dirty to standard but signs of vandalism in the stall and a broken diaper station show lack of maintenance initiative...”

“When you go on vacation, you look for little hidden local gems. Cafe sympatico is one of them. The service is friendly, kind and helpful. They stand behind their menu and make great recommendations. Nice choices for drinks; classic brio option and more modern organic drinks with active culture. As for the food, almost everything is made in house. “Walking by the waterfront, we ate at boxcar. The staff was friendly. The location is lovely as they have a really nice terrace. Inside, the design is nice and the restaurant is clean. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich, and the orzo salad. Both were really good and tasty. Overall a good experience with tasty food, friendly staff, and a beautiful terrace.”

“Food was delicious, hot, and only one minor issue with them. Staff seemed to know how to work at a quick pace and multitask given that they appeared understaffed and there was a line out of door. Wait time was a little long but my food was fresh so I can’t complain. Would’ve been five stars if one of the staff members didn’t start cleaning the other side of my table while I was eating.”

“If you’re looking for perogies, then this is the place for you. Cool little restaurant, great polish cuisine, lovely wait staff, what more could you want. It’s not the fanciest but then again, Poland isn’t either. You come here for all things Eastern European food and not fine dining. I wouldn’t review the restaurant unless it was really solid food and it is. Schnitzel is also very good and I love the scoops of salads and other sides that come with their main courses”

“Honestly, I think it may have been an accident but they slipped me an extra nip of bacon and that pushed this sandwich over the line to a point where I literally consider this the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had in my life. It was hot, fresh, delicious and the cashier was also super friendly and interactive with my dog (also pictured below). I got a tea with 1.5 cream (which I know isn't always an easy task) but they NAILED it. Good job team McDonald's. You've set the bar high”

“This Williams was not up to the standards of other Williams I have been to. The bathroom was rundown and dirty and I think the entire place could use a good cleaning. It was mostly empty when I went in and there were dirty plates all over empty tables and they stayed that way through most of my time there. I was on my own and apparently that meant I had to sit at a small dirty table (there were no available small tables that weren't dirty) because all of the booths were "reserved for 2 or more people." I would completely understand this during busy times but the cafe was empty and I'm quite sure that my meal and latte cost more than the two small coffees the people sitting in a booth were drinking. I don't know if a lot of these things are because this location is near a university but I wont be back.”
