“When I was younger this was a great place. The play place took up almost half the establishment. There was lots of variety in the play place and it was lots of fun. About 5 years ago I found out that the play place was essentially cut in half to make room for more seating. This was very disappointing from a child's perspective. More recently I was there after biking for a couple of hours and was very parched. I went in and asked for water. The employee went and got their manager and the manager seemed furious. He reluctantly handed me a small cup and threatened me saying that if I took anything but water he would have me kicked out. I understand that there may be an issue with people stealing drinks but I felt that this was a little excessive.”

“Would highly recommend this fine Tea House. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and caring with all members of our party of 25. Our every need was taken care of, and the food was well presented and delicious. Planning for this event was a joy, as e-mails were answered in a timely manner and everything was detailed in a clear and concise form. Numerous members of our party were aged and one in a wheelchair, and the staff went out of their way to give them special attention. The younger child was pampered and given special treats while we waited for everyone to arrive. Overall a great experience. We will be back. Thank you to ownership and all staff for a remarkable day. “Our go-to spot for breakfast when I’m in town visiting Grandma. The atmosphere is really great, and it’s super clean with an open kitchen that is a well oiled machine. The service is always attentive and accommodating while Grandma takes her time to decide on her meal as she asks me to remind her which type of coffee she ordered last time :) When you own a business, you really take note of all the details... and the crew at Saint James certainly have nailed it. The sandwiches are top notch there's 6 options including one vegetarian and all are great comes on French baguette style bread and there are lots of good pork buns and beef buns for snacks. And the price is uncontested its 4.75 for a deluxe sandwich which is chalked full of meat and vegetables and pate and sauce. Great place great food.”

“I ordered the curry chicken and Greek salad. The chicken came in a bowl with the curry sauce. I literally ate the chicken and sauce like it was soup with a spoon ???? it was perfectly spicy. “Came by for a quick pre dinner snack with friends. I tried their breakfast burrito and substituted the meat with spinach. At $5+ tax, it really isn't a bad option but still not as cheesy and satisfying as I was hoping for. Also tried a scone, which was decent as well but not close to the best I've ever had. “Visited mid-day for the purpose of buying a dozen bagels to take home. There were hardly any bagels left so I could only purchase 6 and ended up cleaning them out of two more varieties by doing so. Had to wait more than 5 minutes in line to order as there was only one person on cash (this seems to be a frequent problem at all Panera Bread for me). I also ordered two lattes to go and it took upwards of 10 minutes for me to get those drinks. This place is just slow at everything. Both bagels and drinks tasted good so at least the quality is ok.”

“Nothing wrong with going to McDonald's! My three doesn't necessarily represent my experience. It is hit or miss with McDonald's, depending on time of day. McDonald's, like any other corporate entity, staff's based on their most busiest time. Unfortunately their algorithm doesn't reflect the truth. However, on off times, their staff is able to serve you properly and even above expectations. Overall though, expect nothing above a three, and depending on the time or the day, it could be higher or lower. In my opinion, three is the norm.”
