“I never had an issue with the food I ordered here. The staffs are friendly and fast enough to serve the customers as soon as they can. The tables and floor are always clean. The staffs are also taking care of the garbage bins, without making it full. The restaurant is in a nice location. They too had outdoor seating, which many McDonald's in this area have. Overall, it's a good restaurant.”

“Newly renovated, very nice, had a little bit of trouble when discussing my order with the employees but overall they were very kind and understanding. Has a great play place for kids and a great environment to relax and enjoy your food. The lines were not too long because they support their my McDonald's app which allows you to mobile order your food. Bathrooms were a little tight but overall good quality. The place was nice and I would definitely recommend it and personally go again.”

“Located in a nice looking plaza along Victoria Road. Nice comfortable, attractive decor. Specialty coffee, sweets and light meals, mostly sandwiches. Americano was quite nice -robust. Service is OK. Not friendly, but efficient. Cash or debit for sales under $15.Not sure if they actually roast their own beans (yet). I read an article that they were planning to roast in the future, but not sure if it's happening yet. Either way, above-average coffee in Waterloo Region.”

“Takeout coffee, dark roast, was delicious two weeks ago. Why go to Tim's? This is a restaurant not just a coffee shop, with outdoor seating in nice weather. We did not have a meal here on *this* quick visit to town. But it really is a nice, classy place in a large older house. The ladies working there could have been friendlier, however.”

“An afternoon excursion in search of ice cream landed us here for a treat. We stopped in to a warm greeting, were promptly seated and given some menus. My daughter ordered the "Katy Berry" and she thought it was amazing (see pic below for smile). A few minutes later and it was nothing left but an empty designer glass and two dirty spoons. We will likely be back to try something different and were impressed by this first shared offering.”
