In answer to your reply, to the review I gave your store, I wouldn't expect you to reply any other way. Of course you would justify your costs by saying those things.
BUT, as a consumer, I must still tell you (and others who read the reviews) that I found your costs to be high.
For example, have you ever shopped at Homesense? I saw many of the organic chips you are selling, for a fraction of the cost. Also, your "organic" fruits and vegetables can be found at many an IGA or Metro, these days. They too, have to remain competitive. Your organic teas are readily available at Homesense, as well as many other items, I was able to find. I'm sure you can appreciate that as a consumer, I have to be smart and check things out before buying, especially these days, when many items are labelled "natural" and "organic". Some are...some aren't. It's up to me, to find this out. The last thing I will do, is trust the word of the store selling the item to me...sorry to say.
Isn't all this, exactly what reviews are for in the first place...to inform people (good, bad or indifferent)?! I would rather read what others are saying and proceed with any decisions, based on those reviews.
I appreciate your one stop shopping, but, I still feel that one has to come to your store with a????wallet full of????cash!

Best health food store in Quebec. Wonderful selection. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant is fresh and tasty. Checks all boxes for a business of this type. Been a couple years now and they've kept up the high standards. Good job!

My coworker told me about this place yesterday as I am someone who is extremely picky with food and cleanliness, freshness etc...
I went today to check it out.

- It is not crowded (thank the lord) as I can't deal with that.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Some organic produces are actually CHEAPER than non organic produce. Yes, you're reading this right.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Selection/variety very decent.⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Cleanliness of the store and products ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Parking
The only thing missing are friendly cashiers.

I am beyond satisfied. It is a bit far from me but totally totally worth it.
This is now my go to grocery store finally.

Thumbs up to the people responsible for this store. Please do not change and keep up the good work. We need more places like this.
