鼎酷火锅Fondue de Pékin

It's a good place, but not the best. I noticed that the hoisin sauce was diluted with water. So, it's not really sticking to the meat when you dip your meat in the sauce. The broth is high on smgs. Other than that everything else is fine. They serve a good amount of food. You have pretty much the same variety of choice at an alternative place.

Pros: great selection of vegetables and meats. Soup base tastes good. Must try the spicy beef and fish tofu. The beef and lamb are fresh and thin. I like them a lot!

Cons:
Service is below the average. We dined about two hours but no one came to change our plates. I saw only two or three waiters for the entire restaurant. I think it’s an issue with the management team.
The noodles were sticky together.
The price is really tricky. It’s an all you can eat hot pot, but you need to pay for your pot, like $1.99 to $5.99? There are some items you need to pay extra. There are items that you can only order once, and they cost for the second order.

We end up with $166 for four adults and two kids (free). It’s a good place to have hotpot, but it’s not a place I would like or go frequently.
