Hit or miss. Sometime the service is really fast and sometimes, you won't any water 15 mins after getting seated.

We used to go there for our breakfast/brunch on weekends and also on week days. My wife loves the Benedictines and I used to take the FRUIT EXPLOSION. The food is delicious and portions are generous. Also the service is just perfect! Even when we go for early bird, we find a very motivated waiter with a big smile on the face!

I went to Ben & Florentine a while ago for the first time and had a bad experience. However, someone at the head office read my comments and kindly offered me a gift card to use at a differente location for me to give it a second chance. So I tried this location.
I must admit I'm impressed! That is now my favorite spot for breakfast. The food is perfect every time. Generous servings and never ran out of coffee. I've been served by the same waitress (Nancy P.) the last 3 times. Nicest smile in town giving a 5 stars restaurant service. Makes you feel like you're the only person in the place. I love it! The remaining staff doesn't look bad either. I am a big fan of Ben & Florentine now!
