(July 1, 2017, 6:32 pm)Husband and I mostly call for delivery - receptionist is warm and welcoming over the phone. Every once in a while we go eat at the restaurant too, food comes within half an hour, the staff there are always smiling. Washrooms are very clean, no funny odours.
Jacques Cartier Chambly makes AMAZING submarines! Always juicy, tasty, and mouth-watering. The L'exquis submarine is my favourite - they are generous with the amount of steak they put in, the sub is then topped with fresh and crispy lettuce and tomatoes...on the very inside of the sub, the cheese is perfectly gooey, chewy, and melted - everything about this submarine makes you feel like you're literally eating a piece of heaven!
Pizza - worth the price! Again, they are generous with the amount of cheese they put on their pizzas, and they use real bacon! Sauce is a bit salty in my opinion, but this problem can be solved with a nice can of root beer!
Overall, I love this place! :) -

(September 20, 2015, 9:37 pm)I am changing my review as the place has really turned it around. Service Is back to normal and the pizzas are back to being the best in town. Additionally they have actually improved on their housename "Jacques Cartier Pizza".
I am quite happy.
