(August 16, 2019, 6:33 pm)This is the kind of restaurant that you would want to go weekly! Wonderful experience every time & the staff is personable & super attentive. Example: chopsticks are presented to each client individually by the newly unwrapped tip to show respect & for sanitation. Awesome. Food is prepared meticulously (worth the wait when they're at max capacity, often during weekends). The torched foie gras X salmon belly sushi topped with truffle mayo & tobiko is a MUST TRY.

(March 2, 2019, 3:37 am)An absolutely amazing custom experience. Great variety of differents fish type of the absolute best quality. Let the very competent staff know what you are looking for and they will recommend choices and customize your experience to reach the highest possible quality meal.
The cherry on the cake? Bring your own whine so you are spending on quality food instead of overpriced alcohol.
