The creative food items is the main reason why you should go there.
From my experience at that exact locations I noted a few constructive criticism.

I and other customers had a hard time to find the place where you should order. The guiding line thingy is placed in such a way that if you follow the path you will end up at what is supposed to be the far end of the store, the opposite of where you should be to order in fact.

Second of all, when I went they seemed understaffed and the service time was affected, it took at least twice as long as the average fast food to get my order
But once I got it the food was hot and freshly cooked with a generous amount of meat

When I went there, the soft drink fountain (that was behind the counter) seemed to serve drinks that where both under carbonated and «Not cold »
The staff offered to put ice in the drinks to compensate.
Maybe the machine was broken that day? I do not know.

Would I recommend this location?
Yes.
If you only ordered one of the main food items and where not in a hurry, you would get a freshly cooked and creative burger/sandwich after you waited a bit longer than if you ordered at the usual suspects

Great food, Great price. If you are at Les Promenades, I recommend this restaurant over sit downs, quick service and the burgers are better than your average fast food. Do not be fooled by it being in a food court, worth the try.

I tried the Philly steak it is delicious and the waiting time was lees than 5 mints.

One of the best bergham locations. Great food and an excellent customer service! A must try!

For the first time yesterday I went to Burgham Centrale in Gatineau. A real disappointment. The hamburger meat was good but the bun was as hard as a rock, they probably heated it in the microwave a bit too long. Although the fries were good, they were cold. As for the onion rings, they are out of this world, really delicious and hot. As for the service, the young girl that served me was extremely nice.
