Le Bistro Pho

I discovered this little gem roughly a year ago. It’s a quaint little neighbourhood restaurant. On my first visit i noticed the place was very clean and staff are top notch. The front of the house staff are extremely friendly and client oriented. I was approached right away and served quickly and efficiently. The first thing i normally look for is cleanliness. This restaurant has a nice little window at the cash and i could see that the kitchen was clean and organized and wasn’t a runaway freight train during supper rush hour unlike many places. This restaurant stole my heart. I was a huge regular at chinatown noodle houses and this place became my favourite.

Everything is made from scratch. No powdered broths like other places. Rolls are made on site and by hand. This is to date the most consistent place i’ve been to in regards to quality, taste and portioning and overall customer service.

I have never had a negative experience there. The menu is also available ‘to-go’ which is great for those nights you just want to sit at home in your pj’s and chow down some good, heartwarming healthy food.

I can not recommend this place enough. It’s well located for access on a major roadway in hull so there basically isn’t a reason to try this little gem.

On that. I’m going for a soupe.

Super restaurant et bon service

I came to this restaurant with a group of friends. This place is a bring your own wine location. As you can see in the photo below we had a great time!

We first ordered some appetizers - the imperial rolls and the hunan dumplings (pork with peanut sauce). For our mains, we ordered the number 8 (pork vermicelli) and number 27 (spicy lemongrass chicken) - everything was super delicious.

The waiter was a lot of fun - had a great sense of humor, made a joke about certain items not being available. What a jokester.

Can’t wait to come back again! Number 26 wasn’t available this time, but hoping to try it next time.

Amazing food, the soups are great. I usually order the vegetarian Pho or the spicy seafood one, both of them are delicious.

The restaurant can be a bit crowded at times since it is very small but it is totally worth it.

The pho broth is very tasty and the portion sizes are good! The place is small but it's quite cozy. The staff are quick and very friendly would recommend ????
